Sent email, complaint but no revert

2 orders I placed - 1 for shampoo other for Kajal and face wash

Shampoo received but other order not received.

Both showing shipped. No revert on email. I need my products

I wanted to check regarding the status of my order. I got it in a damaged condition.

Even the lip balm was not there.

I am not getting any calls, and no tickets are being addressed. It is always showing 'awaiting agent.

I just want to cancel my order . But no receiving my call.. mai kam se kam 5 min rahi call p lkin koi agent n mjhse baat ni ki.
